To begin with, we must understand that our intelligence agencies are operating at a very high level of OCCULT SKILL AND AWARENESS, as taught to them by their progenitors, the Nazis of old who were brought here in 1947 through 1953 via various operations, the most common known being operation Paper-Clip.

In short, any Intel agent of a G20 rating is a practicing black magician entirely "sold out," soul-wise, (via rites, rituals, and esoteric training in Long Island, Florida, and California) and are speaking plainly functioning black Adepts with a complete and unquestioned license to kill.

These are the top-level agency personnel. Make no mistake. These are the very same men and women who run the Mind Control Ops (CIA), the abduction of children (FBI) on a staggering global level, are involved in and are the contactees between the Ets (USAF, ONI, NSA, etc) and our government, ad nauseam.

In short, to understand Chemtrails we must understand the personnel who have the power to do what they want, whenever they want, and we must also understand their needs.

They need the following:

1. The overall "frequency" of each of their charges (human beings in each country) to function at a specific rate below the threshold of awareness.

The study of brain-wave, Remote Viewing techniques, and other related research holds the key to this. As we know, a physical brain functioning at 12 to 14 cycles per second is agitated and cannot, therefore, become perceptive of any cycle not within the same frequency, especially if that BRAIN IS ARTIFICIALLY stabilized to that frequency.

How can one perceive love, when the brain can only register impatience, anger, etc? (Remember, their goal has to do with our souls in dimensions humanity has never, ever, considered.)

It is because of the occult nature of our covert agencies (and the real powers running them) that most cannot even begin to research in the right direction to begin with.

To date, 12 people have been hit. Will the sniper stop at 13? Thirteen is a significant number in Freemasonry, which is an Illuminati vehicle. Thirteen represents Christ and his 12 disciples. The number signifies their scorn and hatred for Christianity.

The "Maryland sniper," (like September 11 and the "War on Terror") appear designed to traumatize and manipulate the public. I'm guessing that the sniper's "purpose" is to build a case for gun control and domestic involvement by the military.

Did you know that a "terrorist" started the First World War by killing the heir to the Austrian throne? The terrorist was a Freemason. Most wars are engineered by the Illuminati to weaken civilization and create a global police state, the "New World Order."

We need to see current events in a new way. The conflict is NOT between countries or religions or "civilizations."

The conflict is between the people and most of our "leaders" -- government, media, religion, education and business –who owe their position to this extremely powerful and evil cult. They are traitors.

Who is the Illuminati? We are still living off the twilight rays of Western Civilization, which was based on Christianity. Civilization is always based on a religion, an ideal. Christ taught that God is Immanent and His Plan is to manifest Himself through His Creation. We must do His will rather than pursue our own selfish desires. Kings derived their authority from God and were answerable to Him.

The Jewish Pharisees rejected Christ. They practised a naturalistic religion that turned Christ's message on its head. Man is God, rules the universe, and defines reality. We can indulge our desires. Dating back to Zoroastrianism, the Jewish Cabala reverses the roles of God and Lucifer and embraces occult symbols, rituals and blood sacrifices.

This is the Cosmic Struggle between Spirit and Matter: God will be Immanent; Matter will resist. This is the conflict between God (the view that man is unfinished, and dependent on Divine revelation) and Lucifer (man is already god.)

The Cabalists secretly dedicated themselves to destroying Christianity and Western civilization. In 1773 Amschel Mayer Rothschild convened a meeting of 12 prominent Jewish bankers and other prominent Jewish personalities and submitted a programme to level the social order using the contradictory promise of "liberty" and "equality." In 1776, they had Adam Weishaupt organize the Order of the Illuminati, which merged with Freemasonry in 1782. Freemasonry is Cabala and, in the words of Andre Krylienko, (The Red Thread) it was "launched for the purpose of enlisting non-Jews consciously or unconsciously in the service of Jewry." (p.93)

The Illuminati was behind the revolutionary movements of the 18^th -- 20^th Century as well as their respective reigns of terror. The bankers used their power to spread their Satanic convictions. They had finagled a monopoly on credit (usurping the government's right to create money) and they needed to control the world in order to protect this prize.

Their influence on world history can be seen in the story of the red hexagram, commonly known as the "Star of David." According to researcher Fritz Springmeier, the Star of David was not associated with Jews until the Rothschilds adopted it as their symbol in 1822. The Rothschilds were considered the leaders of the Jews but I don't know if the Jews knew the Rothschilds were Satanists. The Star of David is really "The Seal of Solomon," an occult symbol for the Satanic. Solomon worshipped the star "Astoreth."

The red hexagram became the symbol of two Rothschild-Illuminati creations, Soviet Russia and Israel. It may explain why both dreams have turned sour. Soviet Communism was created to destroy Tsarist Russia and build the "New World Order." Israel is supposed to become the capital and religious seat of the new Masonic world government.

Before we feel smug, the Great Seal of the United States is also a Masonic symbol. According to Eustace Mullins, the top of the pyramid is missing to indicate that they have not yet put into operation the final stages of their conspiracy. "The eye represents that Great Architect of the Universe, a cabalist concept; it is enclosed in a triangle which is the symbol of magic. The thirteen steps refer to Satan, Belial and rebellion..." (The Curse of Canaan, 141) The inscription "Novo Ordo Seclorum" means "New Secular Order."

Mullins says the leading international bankers were motivated by freemasonry: "From the year 1776, Freemasonry has been an omnipresent international government operating treasonably from within the United States, and it has exercised those powers ever since." (140)

I was anxious to "pick the brain" of Jerry Smith, for two reasons.  First, he has done huge amounts of research into the area of HAARP Extremely Low Frequency [ELF] weaponry.  Secondly, Jerry is a New Age adherent.  As such, I value his insight into the coming New World Order.  After World War II, the most insightful, and the most reliable, analyses of Adolf Hitler came from practitioners of White Magic.  While they were properly horrified by the disastrous and ugly Nazi Holocaust and horrific war, they knew better than most people as to why, and how, it had occurred.  You see, they were occultists in the same vein as Hitler, even as they opposed him mightily.  Occultists have always believed that the "Force", or the "Craft" [Witchcraft] can be used for either Evil or for Good purposes.  The Evil Path is referred to as the "Left-hand Path" while the Good Path is referred to as the "Right-hand Path".  When Hitler took power, occultists the world over hoped he would use his knowledge of the Craft for Good purposes; however, as soon as they learned that Hitler was going to use the "inverted" Swastika as his official symbol, they knew he was taking the Evil Left-hand Path. 

But, since they were occultic, they could uniquely understand Adolf Hitler, and provide much needed insight into his mind, his methods, and his terror.  Understanding this fact, British Intelligence retained the use of several White Magic occultists on their staff during World War II, so that Her Majesty's Service might better understand the "unique" workings of Hitler's mind.  After the war, the best and the most accurate, insights into the true Hitler come from authors who understand the occult.

Likewise, I value the input of New Age practitioners such as Jerry Smith.  Because he is an occultist, he understands the New World Order Plan very well, as it is boldly revealed within New Age circles.  This surprising fact is the only reason I have been able to study to decipher this Plan, so I can report it to you.

Now, let us quickly review the exact words of Jerry Smith, in an email to me at the Cutting Edge Ministries mailbox, on 12/16/98.  "Your understanding of the NWO plan is very close to mine ... I do not believe in Bible Prophecy, but I do feel that we are living in an intentionally manufactured End Time. The ultimate purpose of this false End Time is the installation of the NWO's World King. Fundamentalists of any religion are a problem for them, as you know. Yes, the proverbial ... is about the hit the fan."

I find several things about these few sentences very interesting and revealing.

1) His reading of New Age material has revealed to him the same New World Order Plan as we have discovered.  Knowing the New Age bookstores the way I do, I can only assume he has read the same books as we have read.  You could read 1,000 New Age books and not understand the whole plan; however, if you do read the right 10 books, you will understand the full Plan.  The one reason I have so trusted God's leadership in this entire ministry is that, at just the right moment, He has brought into my life people who guided me to the precise books and other materials I needed to read to properly and fully understand this Plan.  First, God brought a former New Ager, John, who was also a member of the World Wide Children of God, and associated with the House of Theosophy.  John showed me exactly which New Age books I needed to read to understand the Plan from this particular point of view.  Since the current New Age Movement is a direct descendent from the House of Theosophy -- the influential secret society that trained Lenin, Hitler, Thomas Edison, and Henry Ford into the ways of the occult New World Order Plan -- I realized it was critically important I understand their material.

Secondly, about two years later, God brought Doc Marquis into my life.  Doc is a former Illuminist Satanist who taught me the New World Order Plan from the hardcore Satanist, or Illuminist, point of view.  This is the vantage point shared by the coming Antichrist, as he will be the ultimate Black Magick Illuminist Witch.

Thirdly, a few years later, God brought a former 32nd Degree Freemason, and former Most Worshipful Master, into my life, so I could better understand Freemasonry.  Masonry is the key global organization guiding this entire Plan into successful implementation.

2) I also found Jerry's opinion very interesting that we are living in a "manufactured End Time".  From his New Age perspective, I can understand why he would think the End Times are manufactured.  He can see, in their writings, that the End of the Age has been "manufactured" by leaders of the New World Order Plan, so that they can take "advantage" of the silly belief by Fundamentalist Christian the world over that prophecy would be fulfilled.  Actually, all major religions have some End Times belief that will produce a "superman" that will lead the world into Utopia; it is this belief that the New Age Plan cynically seeks to exploit so they can do mankind the "favor" of deceiving them into accepting Antichrist!  Thus, the peoples of the world will be so much better off after they have been deceived into accepting Antichrist as their particular Messiah; therefore, the "manufactured" End Times is the "enlightened" path to take.

3) Jerry admits that THE Number One objective of this entire New World Order Plan is to produce Antichrist!  Of all the things I tell people, they find this goal the most objectionable, and the hardest to believe.  Many people will pass this goal off as the creation of a crazed, Right-wing religious lunatic, that does not know of which he is speaking.  Yet, this New Age author clearly sees the same key goal -- produce Antichrist.

This Awareness wishes entities to understand that the forces of Celestria (of Light) and the forces of Hades (Ahriman/Darkness) are not competing with each other over the human soul, but rather have an agreement with each other that those who are of a higher vibration, who seek not to be given all that which would gratify their personal lusts and greed and power desires, those who would serve others and love others, are those which, by the agreement, will be allowed to enter into those vibratory realms know as Celestria.
