What I’m saying is, these are, in fact, planned and launched and promoted and funded and carried out in the same way that any intelligence operation would be.

What is an intelligence operation?

It is a plan conceived in secret to achieve an aim that is illegal, immoral, criminal. The plan designs several courses of action that will be taken to achieve the goal.

Built into the plan are the secrecy and the cover stories (lies) that will be floated to falsely explain the end result ( e,g., the destruction of the Murrah building in OKC and the deaths of 168 people).

These cover stories are essential, so that the planners are concealed.

Cover stories misdirect the attention of the public.

The press reports all the cover stories as if they are true.

An intelligence operation (op) uses layers of CUTOUTS.

Cutouts are lower level people and groups who carry out parts of the op. Some cutouts know more than others. But cutouts do not know the real reason they are carrying out their assignments. Which means: they do not see the biggest picture. They are not meant to.

Good intelligence operations are COMPARTMENTALIZED. In other words, the various cutouts are contributing pieces of work that, all told, add up to the successful execution of the op. But key cutouts are kept separate from one another. More protection of the people at the top who do not want to be exposed.

Good intelligence operations lay down FALSE TRAILS. These are specific cover stories designed to swallow up smart investigators who try to get beyond the more obvious lies. False trials are seeded with clues which look hot, but after a time, the trails peter out. Thus, the energy and resources of the investigator are exhausted, and he throws up his hands and gives up.

A good intelligence operation has people who can be brought in to DISCREDIT independent investigators who are actually seeing the truth. Discrediting a person may involve telling damaging lies about him, questioning his sanity, planting false evidence on him that makes him look like a criminal, and so on. Or, if there are things the investigator has done which the public would find objectionable, these are brought to light.

A good intelligence operation is prepared to stage events that will DISTRACT the public at crucial moments. In that case, one op covers up another one.

A good intelligence operation will do whatever it takes to impede a really solid crime-scene investigation. For example, in the case of 9/11, the government moved to name perpetrators very quickly, and essentially declared a state of war. This took the whole thing out of the realm of a crime investigation. Evidence was no longer considered in a true light. The AGENDA dictated all the moves.

So…those are some of the key elements of an op.

This is not easy work.

I have been doing it for 20 years.

I “went independent” as an investigative reporter in the middle 1980s, when I realized that most press outlets wanted to print cover stories. I learned all about their game. I had to.

I also had to penetrate what I call PERMANENT COVER STORIES. These are generalized lies that are told over and over, lies that are very useful whenever a situation has to be buried or mis-explained.

For instance, we have the ever-wonderful Left versus Right. So many ops are absorbed into that framework. “This happened because the Left was trying to…the Right was trying to…”

The Left versus Right cover story always turns out to be a low-level explanation that never gets to the heart of the op. It’s a cover story that is USED, at the highest levels of planetary power, to keep people in the dark.

Because the people at the top are neither Left nor Right. Is a snake Right or Left? A snake BITES. That’s what he does.

The people at the top CONTROL. It matters not what you call that.

Rumsfeld, U.S. Secretary of Defense, that this statement is an incontrovertible fact, a matter of scientific certainty. And how can we and the Honorable Donald H. Rumsfeld, U.S. Secretary of Defense, be so sure that there will be more terrorist attacks against the American people and civilization at large?

Because these attacks will be instigated at the order of the Honorable Donald H. Rumsfeld, U.S. Secretary of Defense.

This astonishing admission was buried deep in a story which was itself submerged by mounds of gray newsprint and glossy underwear ads in last Sunday's Los Angeles Times. There--in an article by military analyst William Arkin, detailing the vast expansion of the secret armies being massed by the former Nixon bureaucrat now lording it over the Pentagon--came the revelation of Rumsfeld's plan to create "a super-Intelligence Support Activity" that will "bring together CIA and military covert action, information warfare, intelligence, and cover and deception."

According to a classified document prepared for Rumsfeld by his Defense Science Board, the new organization--the "Proactive, Preemptive Operations Group (P2OG)" -- will carry out secret missions designed to "stimulate reactions" among terrorist groups, provoking them into committing violent acts which would then expose them to "counterattack" by U.S. forces.

The letter contained only hints of what Moazzam Begg's interrogators may have done to him. He wrote of hunger and being kept awake by bright lights. 'I still don't know what will happen with me,' he lamented to his wife back home in Birmingham.

Begg, 35, was writing from Bagram military base just outside Kabul. He is the only British prisoner inside a cluster of metal shipping containers at the heart of the United States army part of the base, which serves as a 'jail' for al-Qaeda suspects.

Now the camp is at the centre of a furious row over US behaviour in the war on terror. Evidence is growing that prisoners inside the containers are being tortured by American soldiers and CIA agents. Begg may have written of more damaging details of his own treatment, but many of his previous letters were never delivered.

What about Hollywood making a film called Operation Cyclone, telling how the CIA trained Islamic terrorists and starring Bruce Willis as Bush?

I sat down the other night to watch Mai Masri's film Frontiers of Dreams and Fears. It was on videotape; like most of her remarkable work about the Palestinians, ten films in all, it has not been shown in the cinema or on television in this country. From Shatila refugee camp in Beirut and Dheisha camp in Bethlehem, the film tells the story of two refugee girls and their journey to the chain-link fence that divides their homeland and separates them from each other. It is a rare glimpse of the truth behind the relentless news from Palestine.

I watched it on the night the Oscars were shown, and during pauses in the video, images of Hollywood intervened: unctuous and jingoistic actors, and clips from blockbusting money machines that are the exact opposite of Mai Masri's truth. Perhaps the Oscars seem a harmless circus: until you stop and think of what they represent. David Puttnam, the Oscar-winning producer, raised this question in the Guardian recently. He described the failure of popular cinema to reach out to the "millions of young people [who] are growing up in refugee camps" and "the potential for a devastating explosion". He added: "If we [in the west] simply become manufacturers of films which rely on technology, special effects, emotional simplicity and so on to portray the world, then I fear that the dislocation between mainstream cinema and any perceptible reality will simply become too great - with consequences which will affect us all."

The dislocation is now so great that the cultural propaganda that was always Hollywood accounts for more than 80 per cent of the films seen in Britain and many other countries. The power of their message about "the American way of life" is such that it seems we are back to the post-Second World War era when the American business establishment promoted a paranoia about enemies within and abroad.

Foreigners fell neatly into categories of worthy or unworthy: for America or against America. In Hollywood, history was reduced to screen "epics" such as Exodus, in which worthy (Jewish) refugees settled in the Holy Land and unworthy Palestinians, made refugees in their own land, were invisible. These dispossessed people are now portrayed in American action movies, along with other Muslims, as terrorists. Following the Vietnam war, in which around five million Vietnamese were killed during the American invasion, and their land was destroyed and poisoned by American weapons of mass destruction, Hollywood came to the rescue with a string of Rambo-and-angst films that invited the audience to pity the invader. These films provided a cultural purgative that helped clear the way for America to mount other Vietnams - in El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Somalia and elsewhere. The current "war on terrorism" is underpinned by the same Hollywood caricatures. Films like Black Hawk Down, which promotes a mendacious version of America's killing spree in Somalia, act as cultural "softeners" before the bombing starts again for real.

Even in finely crafted films like The Deer Hunter and Platoon that look as if they might break ranks, there is an implicit oath of loyalty to imperial culture. This was true of Three Kings, a movie that seemed to take issue with the Gulf war, but instead produced a familiar "bad apple" tale, exonerating the militarism that is now rampant. So dominant is Hollywood in our lives, and so collusive are its camp-following critics, that the films that ought to have been made are unmentionable. Name the mainstream movies that have shone light on to the vast shadow thrown by the American secret state, and the mayhem for which it is responsible. I can think of only a few: Costa-Gavras's Missing, which was about the destruction of the elected government in Chile by General Pinochet's puppet masters in Washington, and Oliver Stone's Salvador, which made the connection between Reagan's Washington and El Salvador's death squads. Both these films were quirks of the system, funded with great difficulty and, in the case of Missing, dogged by vengeful court actions.

The slaughter of up to 8,000 urban poor in George Bush Sr's attack on Panama in 1990 would make a fine action movie. And why not a sequel to Black Hawk Down, this time with the 8,000-10,000 Somali dead (a CIA estimate) who were airbrushed from the original? Or how about a David and Goliath epic set in modern Palestine, with young Palestinians facing down American tanks and warplanes operated by Israelis?

"The appalling images of [11 September] had all the resonance of a contemporary Hollywood movie . . ." wrote David Puttnam. "The temptation to try to comprehend these images in cinematic terms was a testament to the power of film. But the analogy felt entirely inadequate . . ." That may be true if you rule out film-making that allows us to comprehend why 11 September happened. The title of such a movie could be Operation Cyclone, the code name the CIA used when it set up an Islamic terrorist organisation in 1979 on the secret order of President Jimmy Carter. Funded by $4bn of American taxpayers' money, the tutors of Operation Cyclone trained terrorists at camps in Pakistan and in Virginia, and recruited them at an Islamic college in Brooklyn, New York, within sight of the fated twin towers. Indeed, the terrible spectacle of 11 September could be the final sequence, with the patriotic Bruce Willis playing George W Bush.

Historical analysis of the present GWS situation points to evidence that it is a calculated effort by globalist factions that have interpenetrated the United States Government over the last 30 years to:

Destroy the United States military forces in order to destroy national sovereignty of the United States.

Now, if you study all the evidence, including all the reports available on the WWW, you will see that the main people in at least the last three presidential and military administrations are guilty of crimes against humanity and genocide against the human race. It has been documented that both the Bush and Clinton administrations are involved with this process. Examine the historically documented facts below, then add them up at the end.

Factions in the United States supplied all the biological, chemical and conventional weapons to Iraq to be used against our own troops. Weapons were provided by U.S. companies. President Bush, James Baker and others in the administration had stock in those companies. Now this deadly communicable syndrome has been deliberately given to 1 million military members, who will spread it to the general population. Now, they are injecting troops going to Bosnia, and Clinton has signed another executive order to beef up U.S. military presence in the Gulf. The British government is getting worried, because the syndrome is spreading like wildfire amongst British troops, their families and relatives.

Prescott Bush, George Bushes father, was involved in the financial dealings that financially supported Nazi Germany through Schroeder Bank in Germany at the start of the regime. The Rockefellers and Standard Oil were also heavily involved, and subsequently took over the U.S. medical system, which profits by treating disease intentionally given to the population. Other nations follow suit. This is all historically documented.

Factions in the United States, who created Nazi Germany, imported thousands of Nazi scientists back into the United States during a 30 year period after WWII under Operation Paperclip and Project 63. These scientists were involved with high technology, biological experiments on concentration camp victims, chemical behavior control experiments using fluoride compounds in prisoner water supplies (I.G. Farben), social control methodology and more. Subsequently, the CIA, the military and other agencies began programs of biological, chemical, pharmaceutical and electromagnetic manipulation in the United States and Canada to do covertly what had been done overty during the war.

Factions in the United States shipped tons of fluoride to the Soviet Union for use in prisoner water supplies in the 1940's and 1950's. In 1990, the World Health Organization (WHO) mandated worldwide fluoridation of water supplies by the year 2000.

The rise of Nazi Germany, an extreme form of National Socialism, and the rise of Communism, an extreme form of international socialism, were both supported and financed from the United States, in order to pave the way for installation of Global socialism, the kinder, gentler, New World Order.

Senator Howard Ambruster in 1947 wrote a book entitled "Treason's Peace" in which he documented through personal contact with certain factions over 30 years, how the U.S. Congress sold the U.S. out to I.G.Farben before World War II. Farben dominated control of all essential industries in the U.S, preventing adequate and timely challenge by the U.S. Military to the German threat.

The United States signed the International Genocide Treaty only under the proviso that no nation could sit in judgement of the United States.

The FDA in 1990 authorized the United States Department of Defense unrestricted authorization to conduct biological experiments, using experimental and untested vaccines, on U.S. military members, after being pressured by the DoD, who said they were going to do it anyway.

In 1990, a large group of doctors in the United States wrote a petition on U.S. Medical Genocide to the United Nations (published in the Leading Edge). It was ignored.

The only surviving convicted criminal in the April 19, 1995, bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City is saying his co-conspirator, Timothy McVeigh, told him he was taking orders from a top FBI official in orchestrating the bombing. A declaration from Terry Lynn Nichols ... was filed as part of Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue's pending wrongful death suit against the government for the death of his brother in a federal corrections facility in Oklahoma City. Trentadue claims his brother was killed during an interrogation by FBI agents when agents mistook his brother for a suspect in the Oklahoma City bombing investigation. The most shocking allegation in the 19-page signed declaration is Nichols' assertion that the whole bombing plot was an FBI operation and that McVeigh let slip during a bout of anger that he was taking instruction from former FBI official Larry Potts. Potts was no stranger to anti-government confrontations, having been the lead FBI agent at Ruby Ridge in 1992, which led to the shooting death of Vicki Weaver, the wife of separatist Randy Weaver. Potts also was reportedly involved in the 51-day siege of the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas in 1993, which resulted in a fire that killed 81 Branch Davidian followers. Potts retired from the FBI under intense pressure and criticism for the cover-up of an order to allow agents to shoot anyone seen leaving the Weaver cabin at Ruby Ridge.
