The benevolent Forces on orders from the Ascended Masters are neutralizing major Earth catastrophes such as the massive earthquakes predicted to push California into the Pacific Ocean, worldwide volcano eruptions predicted to occur on the Pacific Rim, tidal waves, and many other "earth changes" which have been predicted.  For the last several decades,  the benevolent Forces commanded by the Ascended Masters have been neutralizing these so-called earth changes and these major earth changes are not being allowed to occur. 

There was a time over 50 years ago when it was thought that these "earth changes" were going to occur.  In the early part of the last century, some benevolent Forces who are our space brothers and sisters, thought that Earth Humans would end up blowing up the Earth and destroying the ability of humans to live on the Earth.  At that time, these benevolent Forces thought they would have to do "rescue" missions to save some of the Earth Humans.  However this is NO LONGER what is happening and is NOT current information. 

AFTER the Second World War in the 1940's, Earth Humans seemed to become wiser and as a collective made the decision NOT to blow up the planet or destroy the surface of the planet.  In the 1950's a new direction was chosen by Earth's people and the Earth herself.  The Earth's people have chosen to take the higher path of repairing the damage to the Earth's environment and to create worldwide peace, harmony, prosperity, and beauty.  Therefore, there is NO NEED whatsoever for anyone to worry about the viability of living on the surface of Earth for thousands of years into the future.

ET to Earth: Do You Wish That We Show UP?

MWM: This long letter to humanity appeared with no apparent return address. It is being posted here and there. This is another internet piece for which I cannot assess the validity. All I CAN say is that it sounds like a good idea, is coherent, and is written skilfully at a level of intelligence and maturity with I would associate with a serious, non-technical, matter-of-fact level of discourse. It is not ethnically loaded and the writer has a very good understanding of language and human psychology, though there are a few moments where the grammar is different than we are accustomed to and there are a couple of language errors. Most importantly, it makes no reference to impossible constructs, faux-tech, nor any type of religious or New Age buzzwords. This is as clean a straight-shooting letter as you will find. Accordingly I am sending it to you to "vet" it and see what our Phoenix Five brain trust surmises about it. I am also sending it to you because it might be real...

The main assertion in the letter is that human civilization is now in an uncontrollable free-fall implosion which cannot be "fixed" from within existing social systems. The implosion is causing, will cause a major rupture in all human orders. There is a dark road down toward the use of technology to rapidly enslave human populations in a badly degraded and unhealthy environment. Those who are defining this path, many of them unintentionally, have the greater advantage of power over resources and may gain the upper hand during the coming rupture. There are many who would take a liberating path, they could gain the upper hand if they UNDERSTAND THE CHOICE and can lose their fear, sense of isolation, and ignorance about the true state of affairs.

The main proposition in the letter is that the mass appearance of ET in the skies now could help humanity clear away the veils of illusion and deceits, help settle many existential issues and dilemmas, and provide an "attractor" to help pull positive mentalities out of the social death-vortex and enable them to refocus the next stage in evolution.

The main question in the letter is whether you want ET to thus show UP. ET suggests that direct contact and some cultural assistance would provide the means to overcome the major blocks in human social and cultural evolution.

ET argues that the mental/emotional ground needs to be prepared for such contact. Consent and expectation for such contact needs to be created around the world, less humans react in mass with fear and become manipulated by reactive power elites. ET suggests that a focused telepathic answer from each reader will be sufficient to assist ET is reaching a conclusion about what it should or should not do.

Even as the internet is achieving universal penetration during this time, ET requests that this letter, its first mass communication, be universally translated and transmitted throughout the world. ET also suggests that this should be done by people to people, forget the mass media.

As I said, this is very interesting. It is totally free of all of the "channelling" stuff, thank God! I have no idea whose plot line this fits into, one could assume many different attitudes and takes on this piece. Is it merely another writer creating the basis for another book or movie plot and generating an audience as he/she goes? Several have done such a thing on other topics, so some healthy scepticism is inevitably appropriate. But that skepticism may not at all be a hindrance in answering the question posed in the letter. Who are we?

Why aren't we visible?
At certain stages of evolution, cosmic "humanities" discover new forms of science beyond the apparent control of matter. Structured dematerialisation and materialisation are part of them. This is what your humanity has reached in a few laboratories, in close collaboration with other "extra-terrestrial" creatures at the cost of hazardous compromises that remain purposely hidden from you by some of your representatives.

Apart from the aerial or spatial objects or phenomena known about by your scientific community, that you call ´UFOs, there are essentially multidimensional manufactured spaceships that apply these capacities. Many human beings have been in visual, auditory, tactile or psychic contact with such ships, some of which are under occult powers that "govern" you. The scarcity of your observations is due to the outstanding advantages provided by the dematerialised state of these ships. By not witnessing them by yourself, you cannot believe in their existence. Who are you?
You are the offspring of many traditions that throughout time have been mutually enriched by each others´ contributions. The same applies to the races at the surface of the Earth. Your goal is to unite in the respect of these roots to accomplish a common project. The appearance of your cultures seems to keep you separated because you substitute it to your deeper being. Shape is now more important than the essence of your subtle nature. For the powers in place, this prevalence of the shape constitutes the ramparts against any form of jeopardy. You are being called on to overcome shape while still respecting it for its richness and beauty. Understanding the conscience of shape makes us love men in their diversity. Peace does not mean not making war, it consists in becoming what you are in reality: a same Fraternity. To understand this, the number of solutions within your reach are decreasing. One of them consists in contact with another race that would reflect the image of what you are in reality.

What is your situation?
Except for rare occasions, our interventions always had very little incidence on your capacity to make collective and individual decisions about your own future. This is motivated by our knowledge of your deep psychological mechanisms. We reached the conclusion that freedom is built every day as a being becomes aware of himself and of his environment, getting progressively rid of constraints and inertias, whatever they may be. Despite the numerous, brave and willing human consciences, those inertias are artificially maintained for the profit of a growing centralising power. But should you wait for the last moment to find solutions? 
Should you anticipate or undergo pain?
Your history has never ceased to be marked by encounters between peoples who had to discover one another in conditions that were often conflictual. Conquests almost always happened to the detriment of others. Earth has now become a village where everyone knows everyone else but still conflicts persist and threats of all kinds get worse in duration and intensity. Although a Human being as an individual, yet having many potential capacities, cannot exercise them with dignity. This is the case for the biggest majority of you for reasons that are essentially geopolitical.

There are several billion of you. The education of your children and your living conditions, as well as the conditions of numerous animals and much plant life are nevertheless under the thumb of a small number of your political, financial, military and religious representatives. Your thoughts and beliefs are modelled after partisan interests to turn you into slaves while at the same time giving you the feeling that you are in total control of your destiny, which in essence is the reality.

But there is a long way between a wish and a fact when the true rules of the game at hand are unknown. This time, you are not the conqueror. Biasing information is a millenary strategy for human beings. Inducting thoughts, emotions or organisms that do not belong to you via ad hoc technologies is an even older a strategy.

Wonderful opportunities of progress stand close to big subdual and destruction threats. These dangers and opportunities exist now. However, you can only perceive what is being shown to you. The end of natural resources is programmed whereas no long-term collective project has been launched. Ecosystem exhaustion mechanisms have exceeded irreversible limits. The scarcity of resources and their unfair distribution - resources which entry price will rise day after day - will bring about fratricide fights at a large scale, but also at the very heart of your cities and country sides. 

Hatred grows bigger but so does love. That is what keeps you confident in your ability to find solutions. But the critical mass is insufficient and a sabotage work is cleverly being carried out. Human behaviours, formed from past habits and trainings, have such an inertia that this perspective leads you to a dead end. You entrust these problems to representatives, whose conscience of common well-being slowly fades away in front of corporatist interests, with those difficulties. 

They are always debating on the form but rarely on the content. Just at the moment of action, delays will accumulate to the point when you have to submit rather than choose. This is the reason why, more than ever in your history, your decisions of today will directly and significantly impact your survival of tomorrow.

What event could radically modify this inertia that is typical of any civilisation ? 
Where will a collective and unifying awareness come from, that will stop this blind rushing ahead ?
Tribes, populations and human nations have always encountered and interacted with one another. Faced with the threats weighing upon the human family, it is perhaps time that a greater interaction occurred. A great roller wave is on the verge of emerging. It mixes very positive but also very negative aspects.

Who are the "third party"?
There are two ways to establish a cosmic contact with another civilisation - via its standing representatives, or directly with individuals without distinction. The first way entails fights of interests, the second way brings awareness.

That is why today individuals are to make this choice by themselves without any representative interfering. What we proposed in the past to those whom we believed were in a capacity to contribute to your happiness, we propose it now to ... you!

Most of you ignore that non-human creatures took part in the exercise of those centralising powers without them being neither suspected nor accessible to your senses. This is so true that they have almost very subtly taken control. They do not necessarily stand on your material plan, and that is precisely what could make them extremely efficient and frightening in the near future. However, be aware that a large number of your representatives are fighting this danger ! Be aware that not all abductions are made against you. It is difficult to recognize the truth !

How could you under such conditions exercise your free will when it is so much manipulated? What are you really free of?
Peace and reunification of your peoples would be a first step toward the harmony with civilisations other than yours. That is precisely what those who manipulate you behind the scenes want to avoid at all cost because, by dividing, they reign! 

They also reign over those who govern you. Their strength comes from their capacity to distillate mistrust and fear into you. This considerably harms your very cosmic nature. This message would be of no interest if these manipulators' tutorate did not reach its peak and if their misleading and murderous plans did not materialise in a few years from now. Their deadlines are close and mankind will undergo unprecedented torments for the next ten cycles.

To defend yourselves against this aggression that bears no face, you need at least to have enough information that leads to the solution. As is also the case with humans, resistance exists amongst those dominant races. Here again, appearance will not be enough to tell the dominator from the ally. At your current state of psychism, it is extremely difficult for you to distinguish between them. In addition to your intuition, training will be necessary when the time has come. Being aware of the priceless value of free will, we are inviting you to an alternative.

What can we offer?
We can offer you a more holistic vision of the universe and of life, constructive interactions, the experience of fair and fraternal relationships, liberating technical knowledge, eradication of suffering, controlled exercise of individual powers, the access to new forms of energy and, finally, a better comprehension of consciousness. We cannot help you overcome your individual and collective fears, or bring you laws that you would not have chosen, work on your own selves, individual and collective effort to build the world you desire, the spirit of quest to new skies.

What would we receive ?
Should you decide that such a contact takes place, we would rejoice over the safeguarding of fraternal equilibrium in this region of the universe, fruitful diplomatic exchanges, and the intense Joy of knowing that you are united to accomplish what you are capable of. The feeling of Joy is strongly sought in the universe for its energy is divine.

How to can you answer this question? 
The truth of soul can be read by telepathy. You only need to clearly ask yourself this question and give your answer as clearly, on your own or in a group, as you wish. Being in the heart of a city or in the middle of a desert does not impact the efficiency of your answer, YES or NO, IMMEDIATELY AFTER ASKING THE QUESTION! This is why you should calmly think about it, in all conscience. What would be the consequences of a positive decision?
For us, the immediate consequence of a collective favourable decision would be the materialisation of many ships, in your sky and on Earth. For you, the direct effect would be the rapid abandoning of many certitudes and beliefs.

A simple conclusive visual contact would have huge repercussions on your future. Much knowledge would be modified forever. The most important thing for us is that humankind would form a single family in front of this "unknown" we would represent! The main difference between your daily prayers to entities of a strictly spiritual nature and your current decision is extremely simple : we are technically equipped to materialise!

Why such a historical dilemma?
We know that "foreigners" are considered as enemies as long as they embody the "unknown". In a first stage, the emotion that our appearance will generate will strengthen your relationships on a worldwide scale.

How could you know whether our arrival is the consequence of your collective choice? 
For the simple reason that we would have otherwise been already there for a long time at your level of existence ! If we are not there yet, it is because you have not made such a decision explicitly. Some among you might think that we would make you believe in a deliberate choice of yours so as to legitimate our arrival, though this would not be true. What interest would we have to openly offer you what you haven't got any access to yet, for the benefit of the greatest number of you?

How could you be certain that this is not yet another subtle manoeuvre of the "third party" to better enslave you? 
Because one always more efficiently fights something that is identified, than the contrary. Isn't the terrorism that corrodes you a blatant example? Whatever, you are the sole judge in your own heart and soul! Whatever your choice, it would be respectable and respected ! In the absence of human representatives who could potentially seduce into error you ignore everything about us as well as from about those who manipulate you without your consent. In your situation, the precautionary principle that consists in not trying to discover us does no longer prevail. 

You are already in the Pandora's box that the "third party" has created around you. Whatever your decision may be you will have to get out of it. In the face of such a dilemma, one ignorance against another, you need to ask your intuition. Do you want to see us with your own eyes, or simply believe what your thinkers say ? That is the real question! After thousands of years, one day, this choice was going to be inevitable: choosing between two unknowns.

Why spread such a message among yourselves?
Translate and spread this message widely. This action will affect your future in an irreversible and historical way at the scale of millenniums, otherwise, it will postpone a new opportunity to choose to several years later, at least one generation, if it can survive. Not choosing, stands for undergoing other people's choice. Not informing others stands for running the risk of obtaining a result that is contrary to one's expectations. Remaining indifferent means giving up one's free will. It is all about your future. It is all about your evolution.

It is possible that this invitation does not receive your collective assent and that, because of a lack of information, it will be disregarded. Nevertheless no individual desire goes unheeded in the universe. Imagine our arrival tomorrow. Thousands of ships. A unique cultural shock in today's mankind's history. It will then be too late to regret about not making a choice and spreading the message because this discovery will be irreversible. We do insist that you do not rush into it, but do think about it! And decide!

MATTHEW: Mother, indeed! Actually, I have been requested once again by "celestial" sources to be the spokesperson for these lighted realms, so the timing of the request you received is excellent. Let us say, "synchronous"!

NESARA is legislation of the United States government that was designed by high light beings in conjunction with spiritual beings on the planet as the LEGAL means to usher in the era of peace, love and harmony on Earth. This legislation's far-reaching provisions were meticulously crafted to encompass all of the complex steps required to usher in that era with the most orderly changes, and this includes the exact legal steps that must be followed. Abiding by laws on Earth is mandatory because it is YOUR world that is affected!

The International Court of Justice is responsible to serve all nations on Earth, which means that the judges must consider all nations' submitted opinions regarding issues that affect them. Regarding NESARA, they have been doing this by considering the validity of all petitions submitted within proscribed timeframes as well as following all other pertinent legal requirements of the legislation. 

Obviously, no Earth government's legislation includes a provision to ask extraterrestrial light beings for assistance if needed! The Judges do know of this standing offer by spiritually and technologically advanced civilizations because light representatives have been in contact with them as well as with many people who are spearheading the NESARA program. What is at stake here is, this assistance that has been available all along must be requested - it cannot be automatically given. If it were to simply arrive, that would be in effect extraterrestrials taking over YOUR prerogative to manifest the provisions of NESARA, and however monumentally benevolent those are, it's against the law of the universe for any civilization to provide assistance without being invited. 

Although what happens on Earth affects the universe, the free will law of Creator is what governs above all, and it is YOUR free will that is at issue here. It is YOUR desires for your world that must be expressed, and the increase in the desires for NESARA's announcement have been bringing
that event closer. A remaining block still must be removed, and this requires that your requests for divine assistance be made loud and clear. This is why:

With every moment of delay in accepting these offers, the intense suffering of Earth's people continues. For us to see the desperation of billions of our beloved souls and to know that the divine help that can relieve that suffering is NOT being requested, is heartbreaking. We continue to beam love-light to all and pray that invitations will be extended to your universal brothers and sisters to help you bring in the vast benefits of NESARA. But in this, the laws in your world must be observed as well. Evidence of your desire for divine assistance to the International Court of Justice will give the judges legal authority to act on your behalf, and that is why, in a unique departure from urging any measure as specific as writing a postcard of your intent, collectively we are doing this now. When the judges have such cogent requests in sufficient numbers, they can legally accept the assistance that will remove the Illuminati block to peace, love and harmony coming into your world.

All ones can connect with inner Source and hear what the Lighted Realms have to say. May those who read this gain inner peace and joy in knowing that we are only but a thought away. The call compels the answer.

There is great turmoil on your planet today, but do not fear. Those who awaken to the great LIE perpetrated upon you ones have nothing to fear. Those would-be-controllers have pulled out all "stops" to maintain their control over the people, whom they term the "goyim". Their plans were made thousands of years ago, and each life stream on this planet they have returned to the same low frequency to continue with their evil plan of controlling not only this planet, but all who have returned, making them slaves and ridding the planet of those whom they do not want to live, unless they "fit" their slave mould.

Ah, they seem to have progressed to the point of total takeover with their mind-control, controlled diseases, mass genocide, their "safe" underground massive tunnels and their advanced technology that has, to their knowledge, made them kings of this planet, and their man-made wars, especially the last war against the innocent ones of Afghanistan. These evil ones, who have started this war, are the guilty ones, but are trying to place the blame on someone else for their evil deeds. Don’t forget the boiling pot in the Middle East, which the evil ones wish to spark into World War III.

However, Earth, and I shall refer to her as Earth-Shan, for Shan is her name, has asked Creator Source to move to a higher dimension, scraping all evil from her "skin", and to begin anew with only those lighted beings on her. She has been granted that request. This would mean that the frequencies of Shan would have to rise, and that process has begun, and each day brings her into higher frequency, so that those on this planet must also have their frequency raised along with her to maintain life support. We are well into the Photon Belt, and that means that light frequencies are permeating Earth Shan through and through—through all living things, above, on and through Earth Shan. There is no place to hide, no place to run to escape these higher frequencies. 

What does this mean to the dark brotherhood and all those "minions"?
Either one seeks the Light and Truth or the higher frequencies shall be their downfall. All physical body parts are affected by frequencies, and if one is doing evil to mankind either by thought, word, or deed, the body frequencies get lower and lower until the organs of the body fail. Replacing the organs, as so many of the controllers do, or making a new clone of themselves or repairing themselves so they are younger, makes not a whit of difference. These evil ones days are numbered and they shall choose to leave Earth Shan because the pain of living in higher frequencies cannot be endured. Oh, these evil ones have destroyed other planets in your solar system such as Mars and Venus, and their plan is to either control Shan or destroy her, while they maintain themselves in their underground living quarters. 

I SAY TO YOU CONTROLLERS, THAT CREATOR SOURCE HAS SAID: NO MORE SHALL YOU DESTROY THIS PLANET. THIS SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED, FOR SHE IS MOVING INTO HER HIGHER DIMENSION. YOU SHALL RUE THE DAY THAT YOU HAVE DESTROYED HER SURFACE, AND HAVE MADE HAVOC WITH THOSE RETURNING FOR THEIR LESSONS. YOUR DAYS ARE SURELY NUMBERED, AND YOU SHALL STAND ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL YOUR DEEDS. MARK MY WORD.

So, is everything in balance at this time? NO! Is the darkside totally stopped? NO! Are you to sit back and do nothing because the Lighted Realms are going to take care of everything? NAY, NAY! You ones must remember that the Lighted Realms work WITH you, and that you must do YOUR part. The darkside never quits, NEVER! Remember that YOU are responsible for ALL YOUR ACTIONS, and that it is ones like YOU who must become enlightened, KNOW THE TRUTH, and in turn do your part to bring TRUTH to those around you. The more people that know the TRUTH from the LIE, the more LIGHT is shed upon Earth Shan to break away the darkness and reveal the horrible LIE that the people of Earth Shan have been living under for thousands of years. The more LIGHT that those, who are enlightened, bring to Earth Shan, the harder and harder it shall be for the dark ones to operate, and they shall fade like darkness that disappears when you turn on the light.

Everyone who has returned to Earth Shan this last lifestream is a returned MASTER! By LAST lifestream I mean the current lifestream. This is also the LAST CIVILIZATION in 3rd dimension on this planet. Earth Shan, as I said, is moving into a higher dimension, and no more 3rd dimensional lifestreams can be lived upon this planet. Those NOT ENLIGHTENED, or "graduating" into the higher frequencies of the LIGHTED REALMS, will keep repeating and repeating and repeating lifestreams on the eternal wheel of reincarnations on some other 3rd dimensional planet, until all lessons are learned. Are all the Masters awakened to TRUTH? No, sadly to say, all are not awakened, so you ones who ARE in the knowing, are to HELP THOSE AROUND you awaken to the TRUTH.

How do you know what is TRUTH? READ, read, read, my dear ones! There is much TRUTH that has been put before your eyes in such web sights as this one. Check the links, search, and you shall find. How do you know that what you are reading is the TRUTH? I have said it many times before, that the TRUTH shall be in your own inner God/Spirit, and you shall know WITHIN what is TRUTH and what is LIE. TRUTH stands out like a brilliant light bulb flashing at you. YOU SHALL KNOW WITHIN. No one can convince you. You decide for selves.

As each of you know TRUTH, the Light shines brighter and brighter, bringing balance and harmony to Earth Shan. Shall the "ride" into a higher dimension for Earth Shan be a rough one? The shift of the poles is imminent. The more enlightened ones, the smoother the transition. Why war, violence, and anger at this time?

Good evening my scribe. Be still and allow the Light to fill you from within. I am Gyeorgos Ceres Hatonn, come in the One Light of Creator Source. We of the Lighted Realms who come in service to you ones at this time are very busy as we continually reach out a helping "hand". Most often the "hand" we offer to you ones comes in the way of the subtle thought, idea, or inspiration. We make great efforts toward assisting you ones in putting together bit of information so as to help you each, individually, to stretch your awareness of self and of the environment in which you now find yourself.

You SHALL find your way! The events unfolding on your planet are of great importance, and continued survival in the physical is most desirable at this time so as to be an active participant in very unique challenges will eventually bring about a renewed appreciation of love of the simple things in life - such as a lazy summer afternoon on the beach. There will also come a renewed respect for one another, and a strong sense of moral and ethical values as you ones realise that unity and peace are an integral part of the most powerful force in all of Creation - LOVE!

The events now unfolding will come as a great shock to the masses. MANY ones will choose to roll over, like a pet dog and give their belly in a show of obedience and submission - not realizing that they are giving in to the "best" of fear and ignorance. Meanwhile, the ones who are beginning to hear the internal alarms sounding within their peripheral awareness are becoming restless as they seek information from traditional news sources. They feel that they are only being told half-truths at best and sense that the sorcerer-like hands of the master politicians are busily at work behind the scenes as the rhetoric of double-speak continues to flow forth to create the hypnotic mantra of bloodthirsty battle cries.

This intuitive sense that is causing restlessness if what SHOULD be examined VERY closely and in fine detail. This awareness of Inner Communication, coming forth from within, is perhaps the most fundamental yet subtle, lesson you ones can learn while in the physical. We of the Lighted Realms have been placing great amounts of attention on this subject in our messages as of late due to its very fundamental nature. From a personal point of certainty that the INNER (non-physical) world is the greater reality, you can then go forth in complete knowing that there is NOTHING in the physical to fear, ever. This awareness will TRULY set you free because it is fear that is at the heart of what binds and controls you now.

The basic thrusts of age-old statements such as "Know thyself" and "Know thy enemy" are simple ways of encouraging you to seek within yourself for answers that give understanding and purpose to your physical journey. When you truly answer either question, you automatically get the answer to the other. Rapid shifts in perception reality will always cause an inner stirring as ones try to make sense out of the confusion generated. Perceptual values will quickly be distilled down to basic real values. One will be caused to go within and tap this "elusive" intuitive sense, and thus learn to listen to the "Still Voice" within. This Inner Voice is always with you. It always has been with you and always will be with you.

Your world is playing out its destiny. The exact outcome has yet to be written. However, the general outcome is known. Remember that your planet is a schoolroom and your Mother Earth has made great sacrifices and endured great pains so that you ones might learn very fundamental lessons such as what you ones call the Golden Rule. The natural cycle of the physical experience is due entirely to the non-physical factors that affect you each. The non-physical factors are things like what you perceive as the stepped-up "cosmic" radiations and electromagnetic radiations bathing your planet.

What are these things exactly? 
They are the by product physical effects of activities in the aetheric sub-space that gives form to the formless and gives mass to the massless. The aetheric domain is, in essence, the foundation that makes the whole physical illusion possible in the first place. Space (as in outer space) is not a homogeneous nothingness. It has varying vibrational densities, eddies, and currents--especially when viewed from the perspective of the aetheric energy dynamics. You, as individuals, respond to these non-physical aetheric energies, and likewise so too do ALL aspects of the physical-material universe.

These aetheric energy shifts are somewhat relative on the physical plane. This means that most physical matter will shift in relative proportion to all other to all other matter, and therefore there will be a consistency and predictability in the perception of the physical substance. However, you ones, as souled entities, have perceptual abilities that range well beyond the physical, and therefore you will personally sense the shift in the aethers. The more you rely on intuition and the finer senses, the more pronounced will be the noticed effects of the shiftings as they take place.

As we have stated priorly, the most common perceptual awareness you and the masses around you tend to notice is the "speed-up of time". The perception of time is relative to (correlates with) the "density" of the space you occupy. As the density of space changes, so too does the rate of vibration of atoms and such in relative proportion. You, as an entity who exists across ALL vibrational spectra, can perceive these density shifts, and therefore you will find that "time is speeding up". In actuality, the "density" of the aethers is shifting in such a manner that the physical aspects of your experience must speed up its vibrational rate in order to maintain "unity and peace" in a condition of stable balance.

So why all the wars, fighting and seeming chaos if the frequency of the planet is going up?
Change is often met with resistance, especially among those who effort greatly to deny their unbreakable connection to Creator God. These ones know that the Planetary Cleansing is underway and, as they do time and time again, they effort to find a way to keep their desired lower-frequency "reality" intact. These "Dark" ones will do everything they can imagine to generate enough anger, fear, doubt and uncertainty--all manner of low-frequency aetheric energy vibrations--so as to use the masses of the people to generate an energy distortion in the aethers that will temporarily buy them "time" to figure out a way to avoid the inevitable.

("The inevitable", by the way, includes an increased perceptual awareness by the masses, who grow to see beyond the illusion of the material world, and therefore the ability to be controlled or manipulated disappears.)

Do these darkened ones know what they are doing? 
Yes and no. For the most part, the ones you can perceive as being "ruthless fellow humans" are operating as puppets, in an instinct-like manner in which they thrive, at an ego level, by hoarding, manipulating, lying, cheating etc., in order to satiate a desire for power and control. This disposition is often due to a strong negative overshadowment by very Dark non-physical energies who know EXACTLY what THEY are doing. These controlling entitles feel most "alive" when they are causing others to generate strong negative emotions.

Often the physical puppets are simply going along for the ride, and in constant battle to suppress any sense of conscience (Light) that may be left within them, having "sold their soul" to these Dark satanic entities. The deceptively subtle material-domain power of this combination is why so many ones cannot even fathom the depth of the evil operating on your planet at this time.

If you look at the Planetary Cleansing process much like dealing with a viral infection, where often the body has to raise its temperature in order to kill off the invader, then you will see that the wars, violence, anger, and such are actually signs that the healing process has begun and is well on its way.

Often you ones speculate on how things will be and just how events will unfold. But just as often you place limitations on yourself, as well as on Creator God and His many Angels and Spirit Guides. The greatest reason we stress the importance of inner recognition and understanding of the intuitive perceptions is so that you will more fully recognise the Perfection unfolding--as well as the innate perfect balance among ALL of Creator’s creations, including you and the physical schoolroom in which you now find yourself being tested.

There are no accidents, no chance happenings--only a sequence of events unfolding in Perfection. Even if you don’t see this right now, you will eventually see and understand. Look WITHIN for the understanding of who you are and your purpose in life. (Have you ever considered that perhaps one purpose for you in this life might be to learn to interpret "gut feelings" and intuitions? Just a thought to consider!)

Thank you for sitting down and taking the time. I know that your heart is heavy, and that it is difficult for you to separate from your thoughts. However, if you will but allow, the words will come. It is I, Germain, come to visit with you this morning. As always, I come in Service unto only the Light of Creator Source. You have heard the phrase "You shall reap what you sow" for most of your lives. But how many of you really understand and practice it?

It may seem the simplest of lessons, yet most of you seem to have trouble with it. Well, we have taught this over and over. Now you ones are experiencing what this can mean, and yet we Guides and Wayshowers from the Higher Realms are bombarded by your cries of "Why are these things happening to us?"

There are very few in your world who are not caught-up in the WTC events of several weeks ago. In fact most have been whipped into a state of emotional frenzy, demanding some sort of retribution for the presumed attack upon your nation. However, I would caution those of you who are running on emotional auto-pilot, for it is a most slippery path.

In last month’s issue of The Spectrum, we spoke to you regarding the cleaning out of your emotional closets, and you were also told at that time that your world was changing very rapidly and that you needed to get this task done immediately. You were given Guidance at that time to examine your thoughts and your feelings, and to especially be very mindful of the emotion of fear.

You ones are running in high-gear mode at present, and most of you are reacting and responding purely out of fear. Remember that fear is not what you would call "positive" emotional energy, and if you continue to exert this fear energy, you will create for yourselves exactly that which you fear. You may fear war, but there is a tremendous amount of energy being exerted toward war, and you ones will end up creating a war. Stop and think about this, and unless a war is what you really want, stop putting energy into same. "You shall reap what you sow."

You have the ability to change your world for either the better or for the worse. But it is up to EVERY one of you as to how your world shall be in the future.

Oh yes, change is happening! It is happening RIGHT NOW. You have entered a time of higher energy, so your thoughts and your words have much more impact and import than ever before in your existence. We have told you, for many years now, that this time was coming, and have attempted to guide you ones on a path of creating a better world for yourselves. However, the majority of you have just not gotten it. I am so sorry to have to tell you ones this, but it is the absolute truth. Now, here you are, standing at the very edge of your tomorrow, and you have the ability to create a whole new world, or one that is exactly what you fear. "You shall reap what you sow."

Do you want to live in a world of peace and brotherly love? Would you rather live in a world that has clean air and water? Do you want to live in a world of abundance for all? Do you want to live in a world where diseases no longer exist? Or, would you rather live in a world where you have wars and destruction? Do you want to have to worry about whether your water is clean enough to consume? Do you want to live in a world where you cannot breathe the air? Or in a world where there is always lack? Do you want diseases to plague you? 

Are you satisfied with the way the world is? Or can you envision a much better place? The choices are completely yours, so--IT IS DECISION-MAKING TIME, CHELAS! [chelas = students]. Your time of fence-sitting is over. There is no more time to get prepared, for your days of preparation have long since passed, and it is now time that you APPLY that which you have learned. "You shall reap what you sow."

Nothing is as it was, and it shall never be again. You can try to run and hide, but there are no hiding places. You can choose to deny what is happening, but it will not change the truth. It is time that you act like responsible adults, and you shall be accountable as adults. No, God is not going to judge you. God has no need to judge, as you shall judge yourselves by that which you create for yourselves. You shall live to experience your own creations, and so you shall be responsible for those same creations. You are in the final days of counting of this age, and you cannot take the old with you into the new age, so you must finish what you have started. Why do you think retribution is coming around so quickly? Yes, everything has been speeding up for quite some time. But it is necessary, do you not see? "You shall reap what you sow."

The dark forces are losing their battle, and they are quite aware that their days are numbered. But that fact does not keep them from influencing you ones. In fact, it is just the opposite. They are using every last bit of their energy to turn as many of you to the darkness as possible. So, it is more important now than ever before that you are on guard to their influences. They will attack you in your most vulnerable place. Right now, for most of you, that is your emotions. So, you must be on guard as never before. "You shall reap what you sow."

If you react or respond out of fear and anger, be on guard, for you are going to have experiences that are going to be VERY unpleasant. It is so important that you keep check on your emotional responses. I cannot emphasise this enough. "You shall reap what you sow."

You have a golden opportunity to do so much good in your world. And that good begins with one person at a time. I don’t care how small the act of kindness is--just do it! If you are in line at the grocery store, and someone behind you has just a few items while you have a whole shopping cart full, tell that person to go ahead of you. You don’t know, but its possible that your small act of kindness will keep that person from going home and fighting with their spouse or children. it may keep them from rushing so much that they would have caused an accident. And, because you were kind to them, they will in turn, be kind to someone else. "You shall reap what you sow."

Take the time to thank people for the things they do for you. Don’t just expect that its the waitress’s job to bring you another cup of coffee. Your act of gratefulness will make her day a little better, and she will be kinder to others in return. "You shall reap what you sow."

It doesn’t have to be great and magnificent things--just a smile, or a kind word, or a little selfless act here and there. These are the little things that DO make a difference. These are the things which, when MULTIPLIED BY MILLIONS, will change your world for the better! Don’t be afraid of committing what was made popular some years ago as "random acts of kindness". "You shall reap what you sow."

You ones can be very rude and unkind to one another, and yet you wonder why your lives are so difficult? You are only reaping what you are sowing, chelas. Only YOU can change YOUR lives and YOUR world! None of you are perfect--none. So stop expecting everyone else around you to be perfect. Each of you have your own faults and weaknesses. It would serve you ones well to examine your own faults more closely, and stop worrying about everybody else’s faults. I guarantee you that it will be a full-time job. 

You can try to use excuses such as: "Its the dark forces making me do thus and so." But I can tell you this as an absolute fact: Nothing or no one can MAKE you do or think anything you are not willing to do or think! You have been told how to deal with the dark forces. How many lessons have you been through regarding it? Can you truthfully stand and say you don’t know how? Once you have been given the information, YOU are responsible for it, and YOU are accountable. "You will reap what you sow."

I may sound like a broken record to you, but I am trying to make a point with you ones: You cannot expect a crop of wheat when you plant dandelion seeds! Likewise, you cannot expect love and kindness when you are continually planting seeds of hatred and unkindness. Yet, you see to assume that you have little or no responsibility for what you get, and you ones spend an inordinate amount of time and energy blaming someone else for your problems and hardships.

You live in an extremely ABUNDANT universe. But most of you act as if there isn’t enough to go around. So you hoard and guard what you have, like a starving dog. Not only is there enough to go around, but there is more than enough for everyone!  You only PERCEIVE that there is lack because you are reacting out of fear. You have planted seeds of doubt and fear (or lack), and thus you are reaping a very limited harvest. Everything that exists is only different forms of Pure Creative Energy. The universe is literally teeming with this energy. The more energy that is utilised, the more energy that is created, so it will never run out. Likewise, YOU have access to this same energy, and it is YOURS for the taking. Use it! Don’t hoard it! Because the more you use, the more there shall be available to you.

You are so used to thinking in a limited way with only your conscious mind. So your perceptions are thus such that, if you can’t see it, it doesn’t exist. yet, the only REAL thing is the energy which creates and sustains ALL things--and which, for the most part, you can’t see! It is out of this energy that ALL comes into existence. You ones are made up of this energy, and everything around you is part of that same energy. There is no separation between anything, for ALL is connected via this energy. Once you can come to understand and KNOW this, you shall be creating with an en-Light-ened consciousness, rather than randomly, as so many of you do now, and you will not need to struggle any longer.

Can you imagine a world without money and without having to get up and go to a job every day to make the money to buy the things you need and want? Well, I tell you that such worlds DO exist, because you have elder brothers and sisters on other worlds who have reached the place of understanding that everything is energy, and everything is connected and part of this energy, and that you need not struggle to have; you merely create it out of that energy. They know there is abundance all around, and here is no need to hoard, for everyone has everything required.

Now, with this in mind, what kind of world do YOU want to create? Do you want your world to remain "status quo"? Do you want to continue to struggle every day? Or would you rather create a world in which there is no lack--a world where everyone’s needs are met, and no one lives in need? Well, chelas, the choice is yours. But, if you want that world of abundance, then you must change the way you think and do things, because you are not going to get there by keeping the status quo.
