Various minerals are needed by the body in varying amounts. Cellsalts would be classified as macro minerals as they are needed in relatively larger amounts. Micro minerals are known also as trace minerals or elements and needed in smaller amounts.

Copper– is a partner in the formation of hemoglobin and red blood cells because of its ability to increase iron assimilation. Together with iron copper helps the red blood cells transport oxygen. Cooper also lends both strength and elasticity to connective tissues.
Molybdenum– Has direct
correlation with the liver in the detoxification of substances,
especially alcohol, sulfites and copper.
Vanadium– is required for
building healthy bones, cartilage and teeth. It guards against too much
