The "Genetic Code" of Type

Through a newly-developed method of analysis upon the manner in which we humans categorise, and in particular categories our temperaments, we are able to show clearly the "genetic code" of all types where all possible types are in some way reflected in EACH type and in that reflection contribute to the 'full spectrum' expression of that type.

The sample given here is of the 'standard' MBTI™ types with a focus on STRUCTURE and so excluding the formal reference to the I/E function. As such, using the MBTI categories, we cover eight type expressions where the undifferentiated I/E is expressed as X. Thus INTP and ENTP are folded into XNTP. At first this may seem 'restrictive' but in fact from that initial restriction we can create 64 types, and more, where it is the level of detail that prohibits us becoming too 'technical'.

The following links are to eight pages, each covering one of the types and showing the "genetic code" sequence that guides the type in its expression in general and as such as a universal - LOCAL context then grounds that universal and in that grounding adds 'colour' and so completes the 'whole'.

At this level of resolution, there are 64 'genes' per type. Increase resolution and the genes become more differentiated and so more particular in their influences but that degree of analysis is usually not necessary when dealing with temperaments and their general expressions.

Due to the methodology, it is possible to associate the categories of the I Ching, the Chinese "Book of Changes" with each type and in so doing extend that type into areas not covered an the 'usual' type material. Links are supplied in the pages to I Ching material to aid in further reflections.
